How to Return an Item

  2. Get Return Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack Your Item: Use original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  4. Attach Return Label: Print and attach the prepaid return label we provided. Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
  5. Ship It Back: Drop off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. Keep your receipt for tracking.
  6. Get Your Refund: We'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving it.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges

Color/Style Exchanges
